Spirit Week Chair - Kappa Alpha Theta

I organized a full week of events leading up to recruitment, managing decorations, food coordination, and morale activities to create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere. I selected unique daily themes, developing detailed decoration and food plans to bring each theme to life. Additionally, I planned and facilitated bonding activities and small group events, fostering connections and a sense of community among sorority members.

I developed detailed schedule and themes throughout the spring and summer, collaborating with banner and merchandise chairs to create custom products for the week. With a limited budget, I carefully planned and purchased all decorations. During the event week, I helped bring these plans to life—hanging banners each night, assembling daily balloon arches, creating photo props, and preparing materials for group morale activities.
