Sisterhood Decoration Chair - Kappa Alpha Theta

I led the planning and execution of the decorations for the Sisterhood Recruitment Round, collaborating with the team to develop and implement a cohesive vision. Working alongside the VP of Membership and the Executive Recruitment Board, I helped shape the overall aesthetic and atmosphere for the round, ensuring our decorations aligned with our theme and recruitment goals.

With a limited budget and strict UK Panhellenic decoration guidelines, I carefully planned and sourced materials to maximize impact while staying within regulations. Although we spent the summer preparing, the nature of sorority recruitment meant that many final decisions and orders had to be made last-minute as recruitment logistics were finalized. Once we had a clear layout of the available space, we quickly adapted—assembling decorations, setting up event spaces, and problem-solving on the fly to create the best possible experience for potential new members.
